Unfortunately we have not sold enough tickets for the Summer Ball and in order to avoid expensive cancellation fees we have reluctantly taken the decision to cancel the event. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause

If you have bought tickets you will, of course, be refunded in full. If on the other hand you would like the school to transfer the amount to your Take Five account or another visit or activity, please send an email to finance@colytongrammar.devon.sch.uk by Wednesday 4 July..

IMPORTANT the Silent Auction will continue. Some more exciting lots have been added, and the bidding period has been extended until the school fete on Thursday 19 July View the Catalogue

We already have a number of very generously donated auction lots from local businesses and friends of the school, but would really like a few more.

Do you have any ideas or maybe have a skill or gift you could donate to help us raise our target of £2500 from the evening?

The Silent Auction

WELCOME to our Second Silent Auction, which will run from its launch at our Garden Fair on 4th May 2013 until midnight on 30th June 2013.

Please feel free to browse through our 2013 catalogue of Lots where there will be something of interest to everyone. Most of the Lots have a hyperlink to the donor’s own site, so you can see what else they have to offer.

Bidding on-line couldn’t be easier plus is safe and confidential with the PayPal system. For those of you who would rather bid by paper, there will be a one off opportunity to do so at the Garden Fair on 4th May 2013. The Silent Auction stall will be located inside Cottrill Hall.

To make an online bid please fill in the form here and your bid will be registered. (Please allow a few hours for your bid to updated on the system)

You may bid on as many Lots as you wish and as many times as you like. After you have made a bid, you will receive an email confirming your bid. Please make sure you keep an eye on the silent auction page as you may be outbid on the Lot you wanted. If you are outbid then please feel free to bid again.

Please remember that all the money raised from this event will go to your child(ren)’s school, so encourage family and friends to bid as well.
